How to get to Rudolph Steiner School:

Routes, Schedules, and Honor Rides:
Registration opens at 7 a.m.*

2 Mile Loop (Riders & Walkers!)

Start 10am–Noon (11:00**)
Relaxing and safe for families. Leaves from Rudolph Steiner School and winds through quiet neighborhoods. Repeat for more miles. Walkers are welcome, too!

6 Miles (9:30**)

A generally level route with some hill climbing. It winds along the Huron River, with Delhi Park as the midpoint.

20 Miles (8:30**)

Follow the Huron River past Dexter.
Turn around at Hudson Mills Metropark after visiting the checkpoint at Pine View Shelter.

52 Miles (7:30**)

A challenging ride. It begins along the Huron River, continues over rolling hills and passes through Hell, MI, following some of the best biking routes in Washtenaw and Livingston counties.

 

* Registration will run from 7 a.m.–noon. Riders, based on ability, should time the start of their ride so as to finish at Rudolph Steiner School no later than 2 p.m.

** Group start time for each ride. For riders who wish to meet others and ride in pairs or small groups.

 

Maps/Directions

All routes are clearly marked. Detailed maps with checkpoints and rest stops will be distributed at the ride start and will be available online before the ride.

Honor Ride

Can’t ride on June 8? Do an Honor Ride on another day, biking the route of your choice. For details, call the EcoRide Hotline at 761-3186, ext.112, or see our web site; www.ecocenter.org. You can still collect pledges and earn prizes.
