The public hearing in this matter will have two sessions. Participants can attend either of the scheduled sessions:

TIME: 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (session 1)
5:45 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (session 2)

PARTICIPATION: Any interested person may attend and participate. Statements should be no longer than five (5) minutes in duration in order to ensure that all interested persons have an opportunity to participate in the proceedings. The hearing site is accessible, including handicapped parking. Persons needing any accommodation to participate should contact the
