Ecology Center Membership Meeting

Thursday, May 11, 2017 - 7:00pm to 9:00pm

NEW Center, 1100 N. Main Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104

SAVE THE DATE. Our Annual Membership Meeting is an excellent time to reconnect with the Ecology Center and hear about our exciting work. This year’s meeting will feature a presentation on the Ecology Center’s leading role in the Ann Arbor Climate Partnership. The Ann Arbor Climate Partnership is an organization that hopes to inspire the Ann Arbor community to reduce emissions through sustainable choices and forward-thinking energy policy. When national and state-level political leaders disregard climate concerns, local climate action is one of the best ways make a difference.

Join us as we host a representative from the Ann Arbor Climate Partnership, who will discuss local movements regarding energy, land use, resource management, and opportunities for community engagement. We hope learning about this work will inspire Ann Arbor residents and non-residents alike to take action on climate at the local level.

Our annual membership meeting is also when we select our Board of Directors. As one of our valued members, your vote is vital in this process. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete and mail the enclosed proxy ballot to make your vote count. Attendees will be able to vote in-person.
