Elsie Lee-Robbins

Elsie Lee-Robbins joined the Ecology Center as an intern in 2023, focusing on visual data storytelling to weave together written communication and visual graphics. She is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Michigan, studying how designers create data visualizations and how to create more effective visualizations. Elsie has a B.A. from Rutgers University in psychology and information technology, and is interested in data visualization, cognitive biases, human-computer interaction, and sustainability. She's interested in creating data-driven stories to communicate the urgency and solutions around climate change and other environmental issues.
